Sydney Skeptics special dinner – Dr Michael Mann on climate change

The Sydney Skeptics dinners are making a welcome return with a bang on February 29, featuring a high profile speaker on the issue of the century.

Dr Michael Mann is an American climatologist and geophysicist, currently director of the Earth System Science Center at Pennsylvania State University, who has contributed to the scientific understanding of historic climate change based on the temperature record of the past thousand years.

Following his recent media appearances across Australia – including Q&A and 60 Minutes – he will address a special Skeptics dinner in Sydney on the issues involved in climate change – the evidence, the claims, and the cutting edge of climate policy.

  1. Dr Michael Mann is the Leading Climatologist who understands the dire fate we will shortly inherit unless assholes step aside for world progress. We only have a handful of years to turn this around!

  2. Yes, but as long as we take a side that refers to them as A holes, we are condemned to a *stalemate* because we can’t progress together as enemies.
